At okendama, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your apparel or accessories aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original, unwashed condition.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
